We are PlanG, a developer and publisher of games and applications for mobile games that are made. available through app stores, including Google Play Store. All of your personal information is strictly private and safe from harm or abuse. All information you pass along to us while on the application is secure and strictly confidential.

What Information Do We Collect?
When you use our application, you may provide us with three types of information:
Explicit information
In order to create a free Ina account, and customize your profile, you can choose to disclose personal information (such as email address, city of residence, hobbies, etc). You can access and edit this information whenever you like.
Implicit information
When you use Ina we collect usage data (how many times you login, which lessons you study, how long you spend on them, etc). (Implicit information is only analyzed in aggregate).
These three types of information help us determine what new information is most useful to you, and which parts of our application and services are of most interest to you.
How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
Ina takes extensive measures including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
We use personal information only for the purposes of administering our business activities and providing customer service. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our application, as well as new services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
If you do not want us to keep you up to date with Ina news, updates and the latest information on our product and services click Your Account and update your personal contact information and preferences. Naturally, if you notify us that you do not want us to use your information for a particular purpose, we will not do so.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
Most of the information we collect about you comes directly from you when you play our Games or when you interact with third party advertisements in our Games or with our announcements in Other Publishers Games. In general, the information we collect about you is related to the type of device you are using, information that helps us identify your device, how our games play, and may include information you send us when you contact us voluntarily. We may also collect information from the app store platforms and partners and other third parties, such as information about your interests and purchases within the app (as long as we never receive your payment information or credit card).

We use your information to understand and analyze trends related to the use of the Games, gathering demographic information about our user base, data on where the Game was downloaded from. We may also create reports and analyzes for research or commercial intelligence purposes, for example, to track potential problems or trends with our Games and services, or to test our new features and content.

2.2. Purchases in the application
Our games allow in-app purchases. We do not process payments for purchases within the application, nor do we have access to your credit card information.
Payment transactions for in-app purchases are completed through the app store through your App Store account or Google Play account. Any post-purchase process is controlled by Apple and Google stores and is subject to the specific terms of those Apple and Google stores. 3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We can not provide all the services necessary for the successful operation of the Games by ourselves. Therefore, we must share the information collected with third parties in order to develop and provide our services, display ads, perform analyzes and research and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and those of our Partners. We also reserve the right to disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) when we are legally required to do so, to disclose your information anonymously and in aggregate, which means that you can not be personally identified.
We may share this information to:
Our analysis providers. We use third-party analysis, Unity, Firebase, in order to provide our services, perform analysis and investigate. The device data we share with these providers is encrypted. Providers can assign a random identification to this data and can not match you. We can add the data for the benchmarking feature.
Our cloud service providers. We store the information we collect from you on servers provided by our third-party cloud service providers, such as iCloud, Google Cloud Platform;
Our fraud tracking and prevention providers. For some of our Games we use tracking and fraud prevention providers, such as AppsFlyer, Tenjin in order to measure performance and optimize our advertising campaigns, display ads, perform analyzes to improve our services and for fraud prevention purposes. These providers can use APIs and SDKs in our Games to allow them to collect and analyze data and information related to the user and the device, such as impressions, clicks, installations or other performance indicators of advertising campaigns and post-installation events within the application.
Third-party advertising partners. We have hired certain third-party advertising networks that help us send you advertising that allows us to continue offering the Games for free or at low cost.
Third party tracking provider of the advertising partner. We allow our advertising partners to track impressions, clicks, installations or other performance indicators of advertising campaigns through their tracking providers in order to measure the performance of their advertising campaigns. They can use their own third-party tracking providers.
Other third-party service providers. For our Games, we use Unity Software to develop such Games. For data processing by Unity, see the Unity privacy policy available at https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy. For some Games, we associate with third party development studios to develop such Games. These third-party development studies do not have access to your personal information, they can only access aggregated data that they can not track.
We can contract with additional partners or change existing partners in the future to perform any service related to the Games. These changes will be updated from time to time or quickly in the event of substantial changes in our data processing practices.

4.ADVERTISING
We use advertising to fund our Services and to make our games available for free. We offer our Games for free or at low cost and in order to do that we need to share information we collect from you with our third-party advertising partners. As a safeguard to protect your privacy, we only store personal information temporarily. The information collected helps us to improve our websites and Games and – at the same time – keep our Games free for a wide player base.
